Sam Goodwin

Writer/Director

Sam is a multiple award-winning filmmaker, based in his hometown of Denver Colorado. After receiving his BFA in film from Florida State University, Sam managed a small production company for 6 years, directing and producing advertisements around the country for major international brands. While in Atlanta, Sam also honed his creative passions by writing and directing several accoladed short films. “Homesick,” a horror short, has screened at 50 festivals globally, received dozens of awards, and garnered nearly a million views online. Sam has expanded that world into a feature length screenplay that is also currently in development with veteran producers Keri Nakamoto and ANVL Entertainment, with Sam also attached to direct. Sam’s screenplays have won accolades from Atlanta Film Festival, Austin Film Festival, Screencraft, Script Pipeline, Slamdance Film Festival, and the Midnight Oil Collective.

Ashley James

Producer

Ashley is an Atlanta based independent film producer and devised theatre creator. In 2015, she received the Princess Grace Theatre Honorarium Award to continue her work as an emerging director with The Double Edge Theatre in Massachusetts. Having graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s of Art in Theatre, she returned in 2018 to pursue her Master’s in Film Production where she was connected with Sam through the program’s alumni network. Since returning to Atlanta in the summer of 2020, Ashley has worked as a Production Coordinator on studio projects like Uglies (Netflix)  & Swarm (Amazon).

John Iadarola

Producer

John Iadarola actually attended high school with Sam, and bonded over their similar taste in movies, but differing timelines separated them. John attended Loyola Marymount in Los Angeles where he stayed after school. There he focused on learning the ins and outs of the production business working his way up from PAing to coordinating, managing, and producing commercials and music videos. No job was too small that it didn’t offer an opportunity to learn more, though his passion always remained with storytelling. He’s placed in several festivals like Screencraft and Script pipeline.

Alyssa Brocato

Director of Photography

Alyssa is a cinematographer driven by empathetic, emotive storytelling. Since receiving her BFA from Loyola Marymount University, her projects have spanned the narrative, commercial, documentary, and music video worlds throughout the US + abroad. Her most recent narrative feature film, Pretty Problems, garnered a Narrative Spotlight Audience Award at the 2022 SXSW Film Festival, and was distributed by IFC Films starting Fall 2022. She strongly values the collaborative environment of filmmaking, and remains curious to explore and discover the universality of our human experience through the visceral, visual worlds of light, shadow, and composition. Treeline is her first collaboration with director Sam Goodwin, and second with producer John Iadarola.

Briana Frapart

Casting

Briana is originally from Baltimore, Maryland and grew up in Coral Springs, Florida. She graduated with a B.F.A. in Film Production with Honors in the Major from the Florida State University College of Motion Picture Arts. In 2012, Briana began her career in Miami at Lori Wyman Casting but moved to Los Angeles later that year to further pursue work in the entertainment industry. She has since cast and produced award-winning projects, and specializes in the production, artist management, and casting of digital content, commercials, features, docu-series, music videos, shorts, K-Pop, live entertainment, and commercials. Her credits include HBO Max, Puma, Netflix, Comedy Central, Zach King Studio, Peacock/DreamworksTV, Discovery+, Omaze, Conde Nast, WV Entertainment, SB Projects, RED Digital Cinema, and more. Across varieties of content, Briana's work has collected over 100 million views. She is a proud member of the Casting Society, Television Academy (Emmy's), and Women in Music. Briana enjoys bringing ideas to life and collaborating with creatives to make their dreams a reality.

Kelley Boonruang

Production Designer

Kelley Boonruang is a filmmaker who has designed for the most indie of music videos to award-winning feature films. She delights in utilizing her technical art and construction skills to create immersive worlds on screen.  Currently residing in Atlanta, GA, she has had the opportunity to collaborate with some of the finest crew, actors, and producers in the Southeast. Keri Nakamoto

Consulting Producer

Keri is an accomplished film producer with an enviable portfolio of star-studded projects. Her remarkable work includes highly regarded movies such as ‘THE DEAL,’ which features Hollywood luminaries Meg Ryan, William H Macy, and LL Cool J, ‘THE KINDERGARTEN TEACHER,’ starring Maggie Gyllenhaal, ‘CENTIGRADE,’ with Vincent Piazza and Genesis Rodriguez, and STEPHEN KING’S ‘CHILDREN OF THE CORN,’ featuring Elena Kampouris and Kate Moyer. Keri’s versatility as a producer is exemplified by her current development of an impressive slate of 18 film and television projects spanning various genres.Co-founding ANVL Entertainment Company alongside Lucas Foster, an esteemed producer renowned for his work on blockbuster films such as ‘MAN ON FIRE’, ‘MR.
